By purchasing, downloading, or using Notchable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Notchable grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 3 devices you own. This license is perpetual for the version purchased and includes all future updates.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Free Trial

Notchable offers a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the one-time purchase price.

5. Intellectual Property

Notchable and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Notchable. Your content (tasks, notes, data) remains yours — we claim no ownership over it.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Notchable is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notchable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
