Due to the nature of Notchable, we're unable to offer refunds after purchase. Our AI features consume cloud computing credits the moment you use them, and once those resources are spent, we can't recover them.

Try Before You Buy

We get it. That's why we offer a full 3-day free trial with access to every feature, including AI. No payment required, no credit card needed.

Use the trial to test everything: task capture, AI sorting, the notch interface, all of it. If it's not for you, simply don't purchase. No hard feelings.

Why This Policy?

Every AI request costs us real money in compute. Unlike traditional software, we can't "take back" the value you've already received. The trial exists so you can make an informed decision before committing.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the app from working at all, reach out to us. We'll do our best to fix it, and if we can't, we'll make it right.
