2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Your tasks, notes, or any content you create in Notchable
• Voice input recordings — all speech-to-text processing happens on-device
• Calendar data — synced locally and never transmitted to our servers
• Browsing history or activity outside the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your purchase and activate your license
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, license keys)
• Provide customer support
• Improve app stability through anonymized crash reports

4. Data Storage & Security

All your task data, voice inputs, and calendar information remain on your device. We do not operate cloud sync servers. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle and is never stored on our systems.

• Paddle — payment processing
• Replicate — cloud AI inference for task categorization
• Apple — on-device AI and speech-to-text

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Since task data is stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all your content.
